Once you’ve installed the Chrome extension, you’ll spot a Dex icon conveniently displayed next to email addresses within Gmail. Clicking this icon allows you to swiftly add contacts to Dex and effortlessly track your email interactions! Using the Dex extension side panel, you can document your interactions on your timeline. Each contact will feature a timeline showcasing your past interactions.

Adding an event to your timeline will automatically update your last interaction for that contact.
