Manage your Account
From the Account Settings page, you can set the following:
- Change Name
- Change Email Address
- Edit Timezone
- Reset Password
- Delete Account
Change Email Address
Delete the account linked with the new email address (if there is any)
Log in to the account you want to link the new email address
Change the email address from the Account Settings page.
Reset Password
Under 'Password' section, click on 'Send Password Reset Email'
Click on the 'Reset your Password' link and input your new password.
Delete Account
Click on the 'Delete button
Input your comments and password to finalize the deletion
From the Account Settings page, you can set the following:
- Change Name
- Change Email Address
- Edit Timezone
- Reset Password
- Delete Account
Change Email Address
Delete the account linked with the new email address (if there is any)
Log in to the account you want to link the new email address
Change the email address from the Account Settings page.
Reset Password
Under 'Password' section, click on 'Send Password Reset Email'
Click on the 'Reset your Password' link and input your new password.
Delete Account
Click on the 'Delete button
Input your comments and password to finalize the deletion
On the Billing page, you can do the following:
- Upgrade to Premium Dex
- Cancel Premium Dex
- Change term (Monthly -> Annual or vice versa)
- Change Payment Method
- Check/Download Invoices
Change Payment Method
Under the 'Payment Method' section, click on 'Edit'
Input new card details and click on 'Save card'
Check/Download Invoices
Under the 'Invoices' section, you will see all invoices generated
Click on Download to get a PDF copy of the invoice
You can set your notification preferences through the web/desktop app or on the mobile app through the Notifications page.
Website or Desktop Application
From the Notifications page, you can toggle on/off each type of notification to your preference.
Mobile Application
On the mobile app, you can set your preferences with push and email notifications.
From the homepage, go to 'More'
Choose 'Settings'
Select either Push or Email Notifications
Enable/Disable any type of notification according to your preference
Exporting from Dex
You can start the process of exporting through the Export page.
From this page, you can export the following:
- All contacts
- All timeline notes/events
- All network updates from LinkedIn Sync
Contacts Export
When you export your contacts, we include:
- Id (useful for joining with events)
- Name
- Title
- Company
- Description
- Birthday
- Phone
- Last interaction
- Keep-in-touch frequency
- Groups
- Custom Fields
Events Export
When you export events, we include:
- Note
- Title (not used currently)
- ContactIds
- Event Type
- Date
- Created Date
- Updated Date
Network Updates Export
When you export network updates, we include:
- Contact ID
- Name
- Linkedin Profile URL
- Created Date
- Title Before and After
