The Outlook integration brings the power of Microsoft 365 to your relationship management. By connecting your Outlook account, Dex automatically syncs email metadata (subject lines and timestamps) and calendar events, giving you complete context for every professional relationship without compromising privacy. Real-time syncing ensures your contact timelines stay current, while intelligent contact matching links communications using email addresses and calendar attendee names. You can send emails directly from Dex, automatically add new contacts from your communications, and add notes to calendar events—all within one centralized workspace. Note: Outlook sync is available only on the Dex Professional plan.
