Strong relationships start with Dex

Dex has become the most important tool I’ve used in my professional career. By connecting the API to Claude, I have been able to comprehensively enrich every contact in my database (and keep them fresh) and actually operationalize my contacts in ways I couldn’t before. It’s an extension of my brain, delivering enormous value to my clients and prospects because I can draw out potential introductions and automate prospect outreach and follow-ups.

I’ve been a huge fan of Dex since I discovered it and love the direction you’re evolving in. The new web experience is elegant and modern. Love it.

Dex has been the contact management solution I have been looking for ever since Casio’s BOSS series throughout the 90s and 2000s became obsolete in my collection of productivity technology. It has made managing relationships and staying in touch with people much easier for an unintentionally forgetful person such as myself and I really hope the platform continues to grow!

When I first started using Dex, the goal was to consolidate all my data into one place. Once I started learning about relationship action plans and relationship mapping at Beyond Connections, I was able to turn my Dex setup to be truly supportive of my goals, and zoom in on those relationships relentlessly. Not only have I reaped the rewards of intentionality in my connections, I have also been able to approach this more strategically with a system that is truly supportive. The Dex team are amazing partners to everyday challenges in this space - being willing to listen, figure out solutions for the product and always adding new integration possibilities.

Before Dex, I struggled to stay organized in managing my personal and professional relationships. I was skeptical at first because there are so many AI things on the market, but Dex is amazing. I had been on the lookout for ages for a map feature that connected to my LinkedIn and Facebook. For Bright Sighted, Dex was a great simple solution at the right price point. To easily be able to track information on contacts (where we met, any mutual connections), and take meeting notes and have it all in one place is exactly what we needed. Dex is the personal/professional CRM solution I've wanted to exist for years, but hasn't until now. I was a Contactually user in the past and have tried spreadsheets, Airtable, Pipedrive and so on - and nothing is close to Dex's focus when it comes to personal CRM. The Chrome plugin is a game-changer for quick access without having to context-switch. Relationships are everything and business moves fast, so Dex is a huge help.

I am blessed to meet so many amazing people through making films and writing books and cursed that I forget to keep them close. Dex solves this problem in a way that is elegant, intuitive and best of all fun.
