Absolutely. The Dex browser extension syncs your LinkedIn connections in the background. The Premium plan covers up to 2,500 connections, and Professional extends that to 9,000.
Yes. Connect any combination of inboxes — Dex parses the people you email regularly and surfaces them as contacts you can keep track of.
