Your own Dex, plus a workspace for the team
Everyone on the team keeps their own Dex. The workspace is a separate space you add to it: you choose which accounts it sees and which contacts and groups go into it, and your teammates do the same.
Ask the workspace about a person or a company and it answers with who on the team knows them, who talked to them last, and the history so far. The intro that used to take three messages takes one search.
Who knows whom
Search any person or company to see which teammates are connected and when they last talked. Warm intros stop depending on someone remembering to ask around.

One timeline for the whole team
Emails, meetings and notes from everyone who works a relationship show up in one shared timeline, so nobody walks into a call without context.

Start a free trialCreate a workspace
In Dex, go to Settings, then Team, and create a workspace for your company.
Create a workspaceAdd accounts and invite your team
Choose which of your accounts the workspace sees, and at what level, then invite teammates by email. Each of them makes the same choices for their own accounts.
Your team’s data, protected
Dex is funded by subscriptions, not ads, and never sells your data. A workspace holds only what each member chooses to share, and each member can change that at any time.

Servers and databases run in the US with providers audited to both standards.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
Every request uses TLS, and stored data is encrypted at the storage level with AES-256.
Roles for the whole team
Owner, admin, member and viewer roles set who can add and edit in the workspace and who can only read.
FrequentlyAsked Questions
Dex for Teams is the multi-user version of Dex. It gives a team a shared workspace for relationship intelligence and CRM, so everyone can see who knows whom and how the team has stayed in touch with each contact.
Personal Dex stays private to its owner. A workspace is a separate, shared space for the team. Contacts and groups only go into it when someone chooses to add them.
Sales CRMs like HubSpot and Salesforce are organized around deals: pipelines, stages and forecasts. Dex for Teams is organized around people. It shows who on your team knows whom, keeps one timeline per relationship and reminds you to keep in touch.
For teams whose business runs on relationships rather than a pipeline, Dex for Teams can replace the sales CRM. Teams that still need deal stages can run both.
Each person chooses for themselves. The workspace can see either just the subject line and metadata of emails, or the full content. Nothing from a Personal Dex is shared unless that person adds it.
Yes. Each note can be shared with the workspace or kept private.
Search a person or company in the workspace to see which teammates have a connection and when they last spoke with them. Shared contacts show the team’s full timeline in one place.
Each member connects their own LinkedIn, and the workspace syncs about every two days, so the team’s shared network stays up to date without anyone doing it by hand.
Yes. Workspaces connect to AI assistants through the Dex MCP server, so a team can ask about its shared network from the AI tools it already uses.
