Delete a keep-in-touch cadence

Stop keeping in touch: delete a Team cadence (owners, admins, standard members) or the caller's own My cadence. Workspace-only: send the `X-Dex-Workspace` header (400 `workspace_context_required` with

Change a cadence frequency

Move a cadence to another frequency of the workspace; its due date is recomputed. A Team cadence needs owner, admin or standard; a My cadence must be the caller's own (another member's is a 404). 400

Mark a cadence met

Record that the caller met the contact: the due date moves on by the frequency, the snooze clears and a note is written on the contact, shared for a Team cadence and private for a My cadence. A viewer
