Reflecting on 2021 + Thank you!
Here at Dex, things are busier than ever.
In the last year, you've sent in long feedback emails, logged bug reports, and hopped on quick feedback calls. As a young company, your time and effort have made the product so much better. We couldn't build Dex without your feedback. And in return, we hope Dex is becoming the tool you've always wanted.
This past November, we gathered as a team (for the first time!) to chart a course for the future of Dex. As a company, our mission is to help everyone build lasting relationships.
This mission informs what we work on, our business decisions, and how we build our product. To our premium users, thank you for believing and supporting this mission.
In case you missed it, I wanted to share a few product highlights from the last year:
- LinkedIn Sync (ongoing, with title change notifications(
- Facebook Import (with birthdays!)
- Contact Sync, which allows Dex to keep your phone and email client up-to-date
- Our mobile apps, available on iOS and Android
We hear daily from users who've tried everything searching for the perfect relationships management tool. Something that's easier than a spreadsheet, but not as complicated as Salesforce.
Dex isn't finished — we're committed to improving Dex into a tool that's powerful, flexible, and a joy to use. If you haven't used Dex in a while, I'd encourage you to check out the progress we've made. In 2022, don't forget to set a resolution to keep in touch with the people that matter most. 🤝
